The theme parks in Gold Coast need no introduction!  We have already planned to visit Seaworld during our vacation to Gold Coast, along with our friends and their kids.  It was however an impromptu decision to give ourselves the extra treat while we were there – taking a scenic Gold Coast helicopter tour that is! Our trip to Brisbane and Gold Coast, with our family friend, was meant to be a chillax kinda trip.  Between us we have seven kids (three mine, four theirs), so you can imagine the amount of energy we need to burn off daily! Amazing Bestbrook Mountain with kids

Our two families stayed at the amazing Bestbrook Mountain Resort for two nights, as a break in between Brisbane city and the Gold Coast. The resort is located at the small village of Maryvale, 90 minutes from Brisbane and 2 hours from Gold Coast.
